Ingredients:
2 (6 ounce) Buffalo Strip Steaks
2 tablespoons Chili spice Blend
Method:
Season steaks with Emeril's Chili Spice Blend (see recipe below). Place on hot grill and cook for 2 to 3 minutes per side for medium rare. Buffalo is a lean cut of meat so to avoid a tough steak, don't overcook.
Emeril's Chili Spice Blend
Yield: About 3 tablespoons spice blend
Ingredients:
2 teaspoons Ancho chili powder
1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
1/2 teaspoon Chipotle powder
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon oregano
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
