Benefits of Farmers' Market Eating (Emeril Video)

Do you love going to the farmers' market but feel a bit intimidated once you get there? That can often be the case even for the most regular customers. Bridget likes to go at least a few times a month but can never decide what to buy. She looks at all the amazing produce and is unsure what to do with it all, so often ends up getting the same thing over and over again.

In the recent From Market to Table episode of Emeril Green, Emeril tells Bridget the next time that she goes to the farmers' market to ask the farmers what they will be harvesting next. This way, she can plan her meals ahead of time and have a good idea of what she wants before she goes. This is a great tip for eliminating that overwhelming feeling once you get there.
