We love The Office—and especially Jenna Fischer as girl-next-door receptionist Pam Beesley—but we were even more excited to see her glam up her look at the Screen Actors Guild Awards. Her subtle makeup and soft waves perfectly play up her silky skin and grey-blue goddess dress, so for more help deconstructing this look, we turned to makeup artist Renata Helfman of all-natural beauty boutique Vert in Los Angeles. "The focus is definitely on the eyes," says Helfman. "This is key: when applying your makeup, it is essential to accentuate just one feature, otherwise it looks too overdone."
