Lawmakers argued that global warming should be taught as theory not fact. The bill has drawn media ridicule, citing that "astrological, cosmological and thermological dynamics that can affect world weather". While "thermalogical" is a medical imaging technique, the author of the bill Don Kopp conceded that "astrological" was in fact a typo which should have read "astronomical."

Current Curtain
Current TV is axing green online original content. The network, co-founded by Al Gore, is laying off yet another round of staff as the company changes direction. Hardest hit will be current.com, which will stop producing original content on channels that are not affiliated with their TV franchises.
