Strapped for time? This quickie steam facial is perfect for those of us who want the skin-nourishing benefits of a steam facial, but don't have a lot of time to putz around preparing one. Adapted from 365 Simple Pleasures by Susannah Seton (2001, Conari Press), this facial only requires two teabags, some boiling water, and less than 15 minutes off your clock.

Quick Teabag Facial

1 chamomile teabag
1 peppermint teabag
3 cups boiling water

1. Place the teabags in a large bowl and cover them with boiling water. Allow to steep 2 minutes.

2. Place a clean towel over your head and the bowl, being sure to keep your face at least 8 inches away from the surface of the water.

3. Steam 10 minutes.
