Tend to tired hands and lackluster nails, without having to leave the house, with the following all-natural, homemade concoctions, courtesy of Priti Organic Spa in New York City and published in the Spring 2008 issue of Organic Spa:
To a large bowl of warm water, add 2 teaspoons of olive oil, a few drops of organic rosemary oil, and a few sprigs of rosemary. Soak fingers and cuticles.
For smooth, supple, and fragrant hands, exfoliate them weekly with a scrub made by mixing a cup of organic sugar, a teaspoon of olive oil, and a few drops of your favorite essential oils.
