My mom was always purchasing lotion going for the purpose of softening her hands. What she didn't know is that there are a lot of commonly-found items that can do the trick when mixed together. If you don't believe me, try this hand softener recipe out on your own hands. You'll be glad you did. Mine are still softer than they were before and I did this project over 12 hours ago.
How to make hand softener:

You'll need: olive oil, vodka, lemon juice, dried flower petals, water, and salt—preferably sea salt.
