Wedding favors can be a huge waste that your guests often end up tossing. So why not pick a favor that has a purpose? Reduce your consumption and waste by skipping the monogrammed match books or over packaged truffles. Go green with some awesome green wedding favors.

  • Try Petal Cones from Bliss Weddings. Made of 100 percent recycled cotton fiber, the Petal Cones have seeds built right in that will bloom in your garden year after year.

  • Make your own flower seed favors and package them in eco-friendly paper. Choose your favorite plants so that your guests can plant them and think of you for years to come.

  • Choose a family recipe and make it for your guests. Choose your favorite cookie or brownie recipe and make a huge batch. Package the sweet treats in handmade paper and tie with a hemp string. Enclose the recipe so that your guests can make the treats over and over again. Making your own is also much more special than buying your guests some mass produced token that just ends up at your local landfill.
